Terms of Usage:
Valid  for 7 Admissions to the O'Connell & Company 2011-2012 Season. 
MUST be used for a minimum of 4 individual productions.
Not valid for DIVA by DIVA. 
Maximum of 2 Exchanges. 
Exchanges must be made at least 7 days prior to the Performance date. 

As a Season Subscriber, you can guarantee the seats of your choice for all  of  the shows  you select.  PLUS, you can purchase additional single tickets at a reduced rate and receive notifications of all of our special events.

 Our Box Office is located in Gleasner Hall (Administration Building) on the ECC North Campus.  The entrance is on Youngs Rd. halfway between Main St. & Wehrle Dr.  Parking is available in the lot directly in front of the building.

 FREE ECC STUDENT RUSH TICKETS

FREE theatre tickets will be made available for ECC students at the Box Office on the day of performance only. 

- Only one (1) ticket per student ID
- The student requesting the ticket must be present at the time of the transaction
- Tickets are subject to availability
 - Tickets are not transferable or exchangeable

To get Tickets: Present your ECC student ID at the Box Office 30 minutes before the selected performance.
 
The number of Rush tickets available for each performance may vary.

 THEATRE SEATING

Comfortable and unobstructed seating is available in our spacious venue.  There is OPEN SEATING, on a first-come, first-served basis. A designated area for wheelchairs is available; please ask one of our Volunteer Ushers for assistance if you or someone in your party uses a wheelchair.  Season Subscribers have the option of reserving seats for the Season.  

The BOX OFFICE will open 45 minutes prior to showtime for ticket purchases.  To avoid waiting in line, we encourage you to purchase tickets in advance by calling our Box Office or by taking advantage of our online, print-at-home ticket option via E-Tix which is available 24/7 (convenience fees apply).




 DIRECTIONS

O'Connell & Company is located on the Erie Community College North Campus at  6205 Main St.  in Williamsville, New York.    The theatre and box office are in Gleasner Hall (in the Administration Building) which is on Youngs Rd., midway between Main St. and Wehrle Dr.  (The building has cellphone towers on roof.)  There is a well-lighted parking lot directly in front of the building, accessible from Youngs Rd.   Handicapped parking and a ramp are located behind the building.

 TICKET POLICY

All ticket sales are final, whether paid by cash, check or credit card.  In the event a patron cannot attend a performance for which they have purchased a ticket and they contact O'Connell & Company by telephone at least 48 hours in advance of the performance, every effort will be made to accommodate that patron by rescheduling to a different performance date or show. 

If a performance is cancelled by O'Connell & Company, the patron will be rescheduled to a different performance at a date & time convenient to the patron.  Refunds will not be issued.  However, exchange fees & price differences (if any) will be waived.  If the status of a performance does change, an announcement will be posted on the O'Connell & Company website.  It will also be announced on local radio & television consistent with the stations' policies.
