CAMP CABARET 2010 !
JULY 5 - JULY 23, 2010
A 3-week Performing Arts Day Program which introduces theatre-loving kids
to all aspects of a theatrical production.
For Ages 5 to 16
Camp Cabaret develops creativity, self-expression & social consciousness through acting, singing,
dancing & comedy. We inspire performers to discover their own unique voice while building
valuable skills that extend to all facets of life.
At Camp Cabaret, your child is in a creative atmosphere for 3 weeks that works every part of their
artistic self. Camp Cabaret provides a safe and supportive environment which encourages the spirit,
builds confidence and inspires them to do what they want to do in life and not be afraid to "Go For It!". The Camp program includes instruction in voice, singing, acting, dance, as well as learning and rehearsing dialogue, musical numbers and dance routines for the final musical production.

Monday through Friday - 9am to 5pm
Drop-off 8:30 am-9:00 am Pick-Up 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Campers bring bagged lunches - beverages & snacks are provided.

Fee Includes: Daily workshops in Acting, Dance, Music & Design with creative teachers & guest instructors; script and CD for rehearsal at home, DVD of the performance, Camp Cabaret T-shirt & more.

ABOUT CAMP CABARET 2010!
Choosing a summer performing arts program for your child is a very personal decision and involves the collaboration of parent and child together. The following information will help you better understand our program.
What is the experience of your teaching staff?
Camp Cabaret 2010! teaching staff are theatre professionals from the WNY theatre community who have years of experience directing, choreographing & teaching students. Their focus is to share their experience, knowledge & love of the theatre with each camper.
Does my child need any experience?
No...experience in singing, acting or dancing is not a prerequisite to attending Camp. What IS necessary is a willingness to learn, work together as part of a team & to have a great time! The Camp is designed to help the camper enhance their individual talents & discover new creative & artistic possibilities & choices.
What should my child wear each day to camp?
Your child must wear comfortable clothing and soft-soled shoes to class at all times. SNEAKERS ARE PREFERRED.
NO jewelry or open-toed shoes, please.
What is the total cost of the Camp Cabaret program?
Tuition for Camp Cabaret 2010! is $675 complete. An initial deposit of $250 is required with registration. The final balance is due before the start date of Camp. Multiple child discounts are available.
Where are Camp classes held and what is the daily program schedule?
Classes are held at GLEASNER Hall on the Erie Community College-North Campus, 6205 Main St. in Williamsville. The entrance to the theatre is on Youngs Rd., between Main St. & Wehrle Dr. There is a parking lot in front of the building. The program runs Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. Drop-off is between 8:30-9 am, and pick-up between 4 - 5pm. Special arrangements-for an additional fee-are available for early drop-off or late pick-up of Campers; please discuss your needs with our staff prior to the start of Camp so that we can plan accordingly.
How do I register for Camp Cabaret 2010 ?
You must complete and sign a Registration form and submit it along with your deposit. Registration forms and information sheets are available at our Box Office - please call 848-0800 to request forms.
